My professional background includes the following: Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University, Masters degree in Health and Physical Education, Trek Precision Fit trained bike fitter (includes training in pressure mapping technology), personal trainer, and a decade of teaching and coaching students ranging from elementary, high school, and college.
My personal athletic experiences include 5K-marathon runner, sprint distance to ironman distance triathlon, crossfit training, backpacking, cross country skiing, and current mountain biker and Trek Cyclocross Collective team member/racer. I am a Trek Women's Advocate and eat, sleep, breathe all things cycling.
